Plaintiff-appellant Communications Workers of America ("CWA") appeals from the district courts entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Michigan Bell Telephone Company ("MBT") in this action to compel arbitration of a dispute arising under a collective bargaining agreement between CWA and MBT. The district courts opinion is reported at 622 F. Supp. 275 (E.D. Mich. 1985). For the reasons that follow, we reverse.
